Resetting a forgotten password
Get a reset link sent to your email.
- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password.
- Enter your work email and tap Send reset link.
- Open the email and tap the link (it expires after a short time).
- Choose a new password and sign in.
If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check spam, or ask your administrator to confirm your email address is correct.
