- Open Report safeguarding concern.
- Record what you saw or heard, factually and without judgement.
- Note the child, date, time and anyone present.
- Submit — it goes to your safeguarding lead’s queue.
Follow your setting’s safeguarding policy. If a child is at immediate risk, act first and record afterwards.
