Generating invoices

Turn attendance into invoices.

More → Invoicing → Generate invoice

Yenlio builds invoices from recorded attendance, including wrap-around / extra care, with funded hours deducted before any discounts.

  1. Open Invoicing and tap Generate invoice.
  2. Choose the billing period and the children to include.
  3. Review the calculated lines.
  4. Generate, then send to parents.

Wrap-around care bills in 30-minute minimums with a 5-minute grace period. Money is always shown as £12.50, never 12.5p.
